Anthropic and OpenAI have revised their rules: now it is prohibited to sell shares without the board of directors’ approval. Buyers who do not obtain permission will not gain shareholder rights or the economic value of the securities.
The restriction covers direct sales, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), tokens, and forward contracts. Following the announcement, the tokens of these companies on the PreStocks platform experienced a sharp decline.
